About Angélique
After 30 years as a management consultant, a dream shortly after my 60th birthday changed everything.
I woke up knowing: not one more day of this. Everything that had worked suddenly felt like a betrayal of myself.
But I had no map. No plan. No answer. I walked through the fog — crying, shaking, wanting to run back — until the pretending finally became unbearable.
That's exactly the space I now hold for others: the space to finally say it out loud, to make the decision they've been circling for months, and to let go — without guilt.
No quick fixes. Only the time it really takes.
Three things carry that work: more than 30 years of reading people as a management consultant, professional training in systemic work, and an intuition I kept separate for myself for decades.
