After 30 years as a management consultant, a dream shortly after my 60th birthday ended everything.
I woke up knowing: not one more day of this. Everything that had worked suddenly felt like betrayal of myself.
But I had no map. No plan. No answer.
I walked through the fog — crying, shaking, wanting to run back — until the pretending finally became unbearable.
That’s exactly the space I now hold for others.
The one where raw truths are allowed to surface.
