These Terms of Service explain the rules and guidelines for using our website and services. We’ve written them in a clear and straightforward way so you know exactly what to expect when you’re here.

Below you’ll find the terms for using this website, followed by the terms for purchases.

Purchases

These terms apply to everything you buy from Bavaria Services Kft. on angeliquemorio.com. What each offer includes is described on its product page at the time of purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Where instalments are offered, sessions are paused until a missed instalment has been paid.

Digital products

This covers books, guides and other content you download or access online. You receive access immediately after payment. Digital products are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery begins, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent at checkout.

Personal services

This covers 1:1 work such as mentoring, profiles with debriefs, and sessions.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw within 14 days of booking without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin within that period and then withdraw, you pay for the part already provided. Your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided. To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@angeliquemorio.com.

Sessions take place by video. They can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled at shorter notice count as held, though we’ll make an exception for genuine emergencies. Unused sessions expire three months after the agreed duration ends.

When your employer pays, the invoice goes to the company. The work is yours, and what we talk about stays between us. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.

This work is not therapy or medical or psychological treatment, and it does not replace it. If you are in crisis or currently in treatment, please speak with a qualified professional. Your decisions remain your own, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer in the European Union, these terms do not affect the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings there.
