My true story in a book:

"The fog is the way"

The night my grandmother died, she stood at the food of my bed

I didn't know anymore who I was — a tough management consultant, or someone with a gift I couldn't grasp.

This book is the story of my long road through the fog to find out who I really am.

Two ways to begin

This is my story. You might find yourself in it.

What this book gives you

Reality: You're not the only one who feels like two different people.

Honesty: My messy years, so you know the chaos is never the exception.

Truth: Proof that you don't have to know the way to start walking it.

About me

After 30 years as a management consultant, a dream I had after my 60th birthday changed everything. I woke up knowing: not one more day like this.

Everything I had built suddenly felt like a betrayal of myself — the consultant who trusted only logic, and the woman who could sense what others left unsaid, both weary of being split in two inside me.

So I stayed in the thick, grey place — crying, shaking, wanting to run back — until the ache of not feeling whole became unbearable.

What once split me in two, I now bring whole: thirty years of reading people, finally for the right reason.

That's the space I now hold for women like you — to say it out loud, make the decision you've been circling, and let go without guilt.

No quick fixes. Only the time it really takes. That's what I stand for: Truth over comfort.

I am not a guru and never will be. I want you to trust yourself — not because I say so, but because it's true.
